Consent to personal data processing

Consent to the processing of personal data to respond to a request

Version 2026-10-27.

By ticking “I consent to the processing of my personal data to respond to my request” and submitting a form on lumithai.com, I freely and voluntarily consent to the processing of my personal data by the operator Aspect LLC (OGRN 1192375029296, address: 2a Vinogradny Lane, Sochi, Russia) on the terms below.

1. Purpose

Receiving and handling my request (property shortlisting, consultation, estimate, booking, callback, partnership enquiry) and contacting me through the details I provide to clarify and answer it.

2. Data

• name;
• the chosen contact method and contact: phone number (including for WhatsApp and Max), Telegram username and/or email address;
• request details I enter in the form (for example budget, area, timing, purchase goal, dates and number of guests, agency);
• message text;
• the URL and language of the page the request was sent from.

3. Operations

Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, erasure and destruction, with and without automation.

4. Recipients

• hosting provider — data storage; the request database is located in the Russian Federation and data is first recorded there;
• Telegram messenger — notifying the Operator’s staff of the request; the notification passes through a technical relay server located in Germany;
• Jivo live chat — continuing the conversation;
• database backups: Backblaze B2.

5. International transfer

I am informed that, for the purpose in item 1, data is transferred outside the Russian Federation: to the relay server in Germany and to Telegram, and to the Jivo service and backup storage where their servers are located outside the Russian Federation (item 4).

6. Duration and retention

This consent is valid for 12 months after my last request or until withdrawn.

When it expires or is withdrawn, the Operator’s staff destroy the data within 30 days unless the Operator has another lawful ground to process it; Telegram notifications and Jivo conversations are deleted within the same periods. Backups are overwritten within 3 days.

7. Withdrawal

I may withdraw this consent at any time by writing to aspektincom@gmail.com or to the Operator’s address. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.

8. Not covered

Marketing or newsletter messages. Website analytics is configured separately in cookie settings.
