The development is set in a green residential area between Layan and Nai Thon. Layan and Bang Tao beaches are approximately 15 minutes away by car, while Phuket International Airport can usually be reached in around 20–25 minutes. Prices and transaction structure

Current prices start from ฿22.98M. The final amount depends on the number of bedrooms, built-up and land areas, furnishing, equipment and the seller’s circumstances. The project is completed and there is no single developer instalment schedule covering all available properties. Payment terms are agreed with the seller of the selected villa.

Rental demand and return calculations

Long-term rental listings are available within the estate. Demand depends on season, property condition, bedroom count and management quality. A realistic assessment should include management, pool and garden maintenance, utilities, insurance, vacancy periods and taxes.
