Location Near Bang Tao Beach

Millennium Condominium is situated in Choeng Thale, approximately 750 metres from Bang Tao Beach in a straight line according to the project materials. Nearby destinations include Lotus's supermarket, PTP sports club and Porto de Phuket. Boat Avenue, with its restaurants and shops, is approximately 1.6 kilometres away.

Prices, Payment Plan and Ownership Costs

Apartment prices at Millennium Condominium start from ฿3.41M. The published base prices are for leasehold ownership. Foreign freehold ownership is offered subject to quota availability, with an additional charge of THB 300,000 for studios, THB 450,000 for one-bedroom apartments and THB 600,000 for two-bedroom units.

The reservation payment is THB 200,000. The construction-linked instalments are 35% upon contract signing, followed by 20% upon completion of the ground floor, 20% after completion of the exterior structure and 15% after glazing. The final 10% is payable at handover.

Monthly maintenance costs THB 85 per sqm on floors two to seven and THB 100 per sqm on the ground floor. The one-time sinking fund contribution is THB 750 per sqm. Furniture packages are charged separately: THB 350,000 for studios or THB 10,000 per sqm for larger apartments. Registration costs and utility meter installation are additional expenses.

Buyers should include condominium maintenance fees and sinking fund contributions when calculating the total cost of ownership.
