Northern Phuket appeals to buyers looking for more space, lower development density and convenient airport access. The project can also be compared with the broader Phuket property market.

Construction-linked payment plan

The payment schedule follows construction progress. The reservation payment is 2%, followed by 33% on contract signing. A further 20% is payable after foundation completion, 30% after the concrete structure, roof, walls, floors and windows are complete, and the final 15% after built-in furniture is finished and ownership is transferred.
