SOLAVA Pattaya in East Pattaya

SOLAVA Pattaya is a gated residential development by Infinite Real Estate on Pattanakarn 6 Road in Nong Prue. The project covers 8-1-21.4 rai and comprises only 29 two-storey private pool villas, creating a low-density residential environment with extensive green space.

Solaris, Maltese and Le Grand Bleu

Solaris is the most compact design with 258 sqm of usable area, 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and parking for two cars. Ten Solaris villas are planned. Current listings show land starting from approximately 203 sqm, with an 11.2-metre frontage.

Maltese is the mid-sized option with 364 sqm, 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and two-car parking. The project includes 13 Maltese villas. Current plots are available from approximately 304 sqm, with a frontage of around 16.5 metres.

Le Grand Bleu is limited to only six residences. The 493 sqm design provides 4 principal bedrooms, a separate staff room, 5 bathrooms, parking for three cars and a private pavilion. Land plots reach approximately 451 sqm and the frontage measures 22.85 metres.

Private pools and shared facilities

Every residence is designed as a private pool villa. Shared facilities include the SOLAVA Clubhouse, fitness centre, yoga studio, co-working area, shared kitchen and relaxation space.

SOLAVA Central Park incorporates an amphitheatre, child development area, children's playground, sunken seating and jogging track. CCTV, automated access control and security personnel manage access to the estate.

Location in Nong Prue

SOLAVA Pattaya is located at 212 Padtanakan 6, Nong Prue, Bang Lamung. Tara Pattana International School is approximately 0.4 km away, Phoenix Wittaya International School around 2.3 km, while Jomtien Hospital Pattaya and Outlet Mall Pattaya are approximately 2.9 km away. Central Pattaya is around 5.3 km from the project.

The coastline is approximately 12 km away, with typical driving time around 15 minutes depending on traffic. Chak Nok Reservoir, international schools, hospitals, retail and golf courses are all accessible from the surrounding East Pattaya area.

Prices and payment schedule

Current Solaris listings start at THB 14.3 million. The starting price displayed on the project page is from ฿14.29M. Current Maltese listings start from approximately THB 22.7 million, while Le Grand Bleu is available from approximately THB 30.9 million.

The reservation fee is THB 200,000 for Solaris and Maltese and THB 400,000 for Le Grand Bleu. A 20% payment is due at contract signing, a further 30% is paid during construction and the final 50% is due at handover and transfer. Completion and ownership structure

Current project pages and construction listings point to Q2 2028 completion, with individual listings specifying April 2028. The handover date for the selected villa should be confirmed in the sale and purchase agreement together with the construction schedule.
