Vibe Residence Karon is under construction in central Karon, approximately 300 metres from its wide sandy beach. The walk to the shoreline takes around four minutes. A public park, evening market, shops, cafés, restaurants and everyday services are located nearby.

The development suits buyers exploring property in Phuket for holidays, extended stays or rental use. Its position between Patong and Kata provides convenient access to the main destinations along the island’s west coast.

Three buildings and 309 residences

The project occupies approximately 5,893 sq.m. of land and consists of three residential buildings. Building A has five floors, while Buildings B and C rise to eight floors. A total of 173 parking spaces for cars and motorcycles are planned.

The unit mix includes studios from 28 sq.m., one-bedroom residences from 30 to 50 sq.m. and two-bedroom layouts from 54 to 72 sq.m. Selected upper-floor units offer sea, mountain and neighbourhood views. Lower levels include garden, pool and landscaped courtyard outlooks.

Four further payments of 15% are linked to construction commencement, foundation completion, structural completion and tiling. The remaining 5% is paid upon project completion.

The common-area fee is stated at 70 THB per sq.m. per month. The one-time sinking-fund contribution is 800 THB per sq.m., while water and electricity meter installation costs 20,000 THB. The published foreign-freehold surcharge is 12,000 THB per sq.m.

Ownership and rental program

A residence may be registered as foreign freehold while quota remains available or acquired under a long-term leasehold structure. The selected ownership form, related charges and registration costs are recorded in the unit contract.

A guaranteed rental program of 7% per year for five years is advertised for selected residences. Eligibility, the income period, payment dates, management expenses and owner-stay allowances must be recorded in a separate agreement. Buyers should review the rental management terms and possible restrictions before joining.

Construction completion

Handover is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2028, with December stated as the target completion month. Construction began in May 2026. As of 25 July 2026, groundwork and structural progress was reported at 8%. The development has received environmental and construction approvals.
