Fantasea Condo Kamala is a completed residential development in a quieter part of Kamala on Phuket’s west coast. The project was delivered in December 2024, allowing buyers to inspect the completed buildings, communal areas and individual apartment before completing a purchase.

The common area management fee is THB 50 per square metre per month. The one-time sinking fund contribution is THB 500 per square metre. For a resale purchase, the buyer should confirm whether the sinking fund has already been paid and obtain confirmation that the unit has no outstanding condominium fees.

Transfer taxes and registration expenses are allocated under the agreement for the selected apartment. The total budget may also include legal due diligence, furniture updates, insurance and preparation for rental use.
