Love It Wongamat Beach is a new project by Global Top Group in North Pattaya, in the Wongamat / Naklua area. This is one of Pattaya’s most desirable seaside neighborhoods — calmer, more established, and generally more “premium” in feel. You’re close to upscale hotels, beach clubs, restaurants, and the Sanctuary of Truth. The beach itself is positioned as roughly a 5-minute walk away.

Instead of a massive high-rise tower, the project is planned as a low-rise resort-style residence: four 8-storey buildings, 746 units in total, on around 5.5 rai (about 8,800 sqm). One of the buildings connects directly to a three-storey clubhouse, which acts as the main hub for the facilities.

Then 35% upon contract signing, 15% over 12 monthly installments, and the remaining 50% on completion.
