Zire Wongamat: A Completed Raimon Land Beachfront Condominium
Zire Wongamat is a premium high-rise condominium directly on Wongamat Beach in North Pattaya. Developed by Raimon Land, the project consists of two towers rising 37 and 54 storeys. Official information lists approximately 465 residences, including studios, 1–2 bedroom condos and spacious duplex units.
The development was completed in 2014 and is fully operational. All currently available properties are resale units, so pricing, furniture, renovation quality, views and ownership status differ from one listing to another. Zire occupies the premium segment among condos for sale in Pattaya due to its genuine beachfront location, established facilities and recognised developer.
The towers were positioned to maximise views across the Gulf of Thailand. Wongamat Beach and North Pattaya Location

Two-bedroom formats start at approximately 62–63 sq.m. and extend to around 96–101 sq.m. Larger combined units also appear on the resale market. The upper end includes duplex residences of approximately 185–195 sq.m., including three-bedroom penthouses with panoramic views.
Usable space, room positioning and window orientation matter as much as the number of bedrooms. Units with similar floor areas can differ significantly in privacy, daylight, noise exposure and renovation quality.

Quota status, floor, view direction, renovation quality and existing tenancy all affect the asking price. There is no current standard instalment plan from Raimon Land because Zire is a completed resale project. Reservation and final payment terms are agreed with the owner. The contracts should record the price, included furniture, deposit, transfer deadline, allocation of registration costs and remedies for default.
Freehold, Foreign Quota and Owner Expenses
Zire Wongamat is registered as a freehold condominium. A foreign buyer can hold a unit in their own name when the selected property is registered within the available foreign ownership quota.
