Northpoint Wongamat is a completed premium condominium in North Pattaya, positioned directly on Wongamat Beach. The development occupies approximately 12 rai of landscaped grounds and provides direct access to the sea. It was developed by Raimon Land and completed in December 2009.

The project remains one of the most recognisable choices for buyers considering beachfront condos in Pattaya for permanent living, extended holidays or long-term ownership.

Two high-rise towers with panoramic sea views

Northpoint comprises two towers of different heights. The south tower rises to 54 storeys, while the north tower has 46 storeys. The buildings were designed to maximise open views of the Gulf of Thailand, Wongamat Beach and the Pattaya skyline.

The tower, floor and window orientation should be assessed for every individual unit. Condos with similar floor areas can differ significantly in price depending on elevation, view, renovation, furniture package and ownership quota.

Unit types and floor areas

The development includes studios from approximately 50 sq.m., one-bedroom condos from 65 sq.m., two-bedroom residences from 102 sq.m. and larger three-bedroom units from 129 sq.m. Upper floors include duplexes and penthouses, with selected resale properties offering four or five bedrooms, private terraces, jacuzzis or swimming pools.

Facilities at Northpoint

Residents have access to a swimming pool approximately 50 metres long, a children’s pool with a water slide, elevated pools, two sea-view fitness centres, a sauna, tennis court, children’s room, tropical gardens and relaxation areas. The development also provides underground parking, controlled access and 24-hour security.

Northpoint has approximately 80 metres of beach frontage. Residents can walk directly from the landscaped grounds to Wongamat Beach without crossing a public road.

Prices and the resale market

All units at Northpoint are completed resale properties offered by individual owners. Entry prices depend on current availability. Studios and smaller units on lower floors are normally the most accessible, while large high-floor residences and penthouses command the highest prices.

An asking price does not always represent the final market value. Before paying a deposit, buyers should understand how to determine the real resale price of a condo in Thailand and compare similar units in the same tower by floor, size, view, condition and ownership structure.

Foreign ownership

A foreign buyer may register a unit as foreign freehold when sufficient foreign quota is available. The status must be checked for each individual resale unit. Foreign quota, Thai quota and company ownership have different legal implications and may affect the asking price.

Wongamat location

Northpoint is located in a quieter part of Wongamat, away from the busiest streets of central Pattaya. Restaurants, shops, cafés and hotels are available nearby. Terminal 21 and North Pattaya can normally be reached in approximately 10–15 minutes by car, depending on traffic.

The location suits buyers who value direct access to the sea, generous living space, established facilities and a calmer residential environment.
