Skypark Celeste Laguna Phuket is a completed low-rise condominium within Laguna Phuket in Choeng Thale. The development is surrounded by lakes and landscaped grounds beside Laguna Phuket Golf Course, approximately 950 metres from Bang Tao Beach.

The project comprises three interconnected seven-storey buildings with 384 residences. Construction was completed in September 2025, allowing buyers to inspect the finished common areas, actual views, building position and condition of the selected condo.

Condos and layouts

Skypark Celeste offers studios of approximately 29 sq.m., one-bedroom condos from 31 to 39 sq.m. and two-bedroom layouts from 40 to 60 sq.m. Studios combine the sleeping, living and kitchen areas, with a separate balcony extending the usable space.

One-bedroom residences provide a separate bedroom, living room, kitchen area, bathroom and balcony. Two-bedroom layouts suit families, shared holidays and tenants who require greater privacy. Depending on the unit type, they include one or two bathrooms.

Residences are supplied with built-in furniture, fitted kitchens, air conditioning and modern appliances. Loose furniture and decorative packages vary according to the specification of the selected condo.

Skypark Celeste occupies a quieter section of Laguna Phuket. Bang Tao Beach is approximately 950 metres away, while Boat Avenue and Porto de Phuket can be reached within a few minutes by car. Phuket International Airport is normally around 20–25 minutes away in light traffic.

Buyers should review the position of the selected residence carefully. Some units face the golf course and lakes, while others overlook the internal grounds. Floor level, orientation and the possibility of future view obstruction should be confirmed before purchase.

Ownership and ongoing costs

The common-area fee is stated at THB 50 per sq.m. per month. An additional annual special contribution of THB 100 per sq.m. applies. Buyers should also account for registration charges, furnishing, management and ongoing ownership expenses.

Purchase terms

The standard reservation payment is THB 100,000. As the project is completed, the final payment schedule depends on the selected listing, seller and ownership type. The original developer schedule used a 20% contract payment followed by construction-stage instalments, with extended financing offered for selected purchases.

Before paying a reservation, buyers should confirm the current price, ownership documents, foreign quota availability, outstanding common fees, furniture inventory and handover date.
