More about this collection
A condominium apartment is the easiest way to settle in Phuket for the long term: shared facilities, security and little day-to-day maintenance. This selection covers apartments for long-term rent, mostly one- and two-bedroom units, along with studios and three-bedroom options for families.
Where to rent a condo in Phuket
Most listings are in Bang Tao and Cherng Talay, an area with beaches, restaurants and international schools. Nai Yang near the airport is quieter, Rawai and Kata are popular in the south of the island, and Surin and Kamala sit on the west coast.
The minimum rental term depends on the owner, from one-month stays to twelve-month contracts. Each listing shows the term, monthly price, size and furnishing.
