Above Element Condo is a completed residential development by Art House Group in Choeng Thale. Finished in May 2026, it comprises 263 residences across three seven-storey buildings. Mediterranean-inspired architecture is combined with spacious communal areas and practical on-site facilities.

The project can be compared with other properties in Bang Tao and Choeng Thale, an area known for established shops, restaurants, international schools and convenient access to Laguna Phuket.

Choeng Thale location

Above Element Condo is situated in a residential part of Choeng Thale, approximately 2.6 km from Bang Tao Beach. The drive to the coast normally takes around eight minutes. Boat Avenue, Porto de Phuket and Villa Market are a short drive away, together with cafés, clinics, childcare facilities and sports centres.

Residences and floor plans

The development offers one-, two- and three-bedroom condos ranging from 38 to 138 sqm. Layouts feature separate bedrooms, kitchens, balconies and living areas with pool, garden, city or mountain views. Buyers can compare sizes, prices and locations with other condos for sale in Phuket.

Prices on LumiThai start from ฿3.95M. Available residences are advertised with a ฿150,000 reservation deposit, an initial payment from 30% and installment terms of up to five years. The final payment schedule is fixed in the agreement for the selected residence.

The current investment programme advertises a guaranteed return of 7% per year for the first three years. The management programme then distributes net rental income on a 60:40 basis in favour of the owner.
