The Title Halo — a completed development in Nai Yang

The Title Halo is located in Sakhu close to Nai Yang Beach and Sirinat National Park. Completed in May 2024, the development is ready for occupancy. It comprises six seven-storey residential buildings set around extensive landscaped grounds and contains 329 condos.

The project is also known as The Title Halo 1. Its resort-style format is designed for relaxed coastal living, with the beach, cafés, restaurants and everyday shops within walking distance.

Condos and floor plans

The Title Halo offers one-bedroom condos ranging from 36 to 51 sqm and two-bedroom layouts ranging from 59 to 81 sqm. Floor plans include a separate bedroom, living area, kitchen, one or two bathrooms and a private balcony.

Most resale listings are offered with furniture, a fitted kitchen, air conditioning, sanitary fixtures and household appliances. Entry-level options are included among Phuket condos under ฿5 million.

Swimming pools and landscaped grounds

More than 75% of the site is allocated to common areas, landscaping and resident facilities. The grounds contain three outdoor swimming pools, including a long loop-style pool, waterside relaxation areas and a large central lawn.

Residents also have access to a fitness centre, steam room, walking paths, reception, covered parking, lifts, 24-hour security, CCTV and controlled entry. Landscaped green areas cover more than 2,500 sqm.

Nai Yang Beach and location

Nai Yang Beach is approximately 350 metres from the development, around a 5-minute walk. The beach borders Sirinat National Park and is suitable for swimming, walking and relaxed seaside recreation. Cafés, restaurants, massage shops and local stores operate along the waterfront.

Phuket International Airport is approximately 3 kilometres away and can normally be reached in 5–7 minutes by car. Nai Yang Market, convenience stores, a local medical centre and Splash Jungle Water Park are also within convenient reach.

Prices and purchase terms

Current asking prices start from ฿3.9M. The available inventory consists mainly of completed resale condos, so the final price depends on the unit size, floor, view, condition, furniture package and ownership structure.

As the project is completed, the original developer construction-payment schedule no longer applies. Resale transactions are normally completed under terms agreed with the individual seller, including reservation, legal checks, contract signing and final settlement upon ownership transfer.

Ownership and ongoing costs

Foreign buyers can register an eligible condo in their own name when foreign freehold quota remains available. Listings may also be offered under Thai freehold or leasehold, so the ownership structure and seller’s documents must be checked before paying a reservation deposit.

The common-area management fee is ฿60 per sqm per month. The one-time sinking-fund contribution is ฿600 per sqm. Utilities are paid separately according to actual consumption.
