Completion and payment schedule

Completion is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2027. The foreign-quota payment schedule includes a THB 200,000 reservation, 35% upon contract signing, 35% when construction starts, 25% when the building is completed and 5% upon handover.

Thai-quota terms use a separate schedule: 20% upon contract signing, 20% in installments during construction and 60% upon handover. Ownership structure and owner expenses

Selected residences may be registered in foreign freehold while foreign quota remains available. Thai quota and registered leasehold options may also be offered. The ownership status of the selected unit must be confirmed before paying the reservation deposit.

The common-area fee is THB 70 per sqm per month. A one-time sinking fund contribution of THB 700 per sqm is payable upon transfer. Buyers should also allow for registration expenses, banking charges, utility deposits and a furniture package when purchased separately.
