City Center Residence, also commonly written as City Centre Residence, is a completed condominium by Matrix Developments on Bong Koch 8 in Central Pattaya. Its three eight-storey residential buildings surround a large communal swimming pool and landscaped courtyard.

Checks before buying a completed resale condo
