Cohiba Villas Phuket is positioned on an elevated Layan hillside at approximately 70 metres above sea level. The gated development consists of eight residences with generous land plots ranging from about 602 to 1,340 sqm. Construction and payment schedule

The construction-linked payment schedule is 1% on reservation, 10% on contract signing, 20% when the building permit is issued and the land plot is transferred, followed by four 15% stages covering foundations, superstructure, shell and interior works. The final 9% is due on completion of the villa, landscaping and title transfer.

Ownership and rental management

For foreign buyers, the structure allows ownership of the villa building together with a registered long-term lease of the individual land plot and a share in the land freehold structure. Other ownership arrangements depend on the buyer's legal eligibility and transaction structure.
