The construction-linked schedule begins with a THB 500,000 reservation deposit, followed by 30% after contract signing. Further instalments are tied to foundation, structural, wall, roof and finishing milestones, with the final 20% due on handover. Freehold and registered leasehold structures are used depending on the buyer and specific residence. Professional rental management is available under Sri panwa hospitality standards. The current project terms do not state a fixed guaranteed annual return. Owner income depends on the management agreement, occupancy, rental rates, operating expenses and any applicable revenue-sharing structure.

Construction and Handover

The first residential phase is under construction. Some current residences are scheduled for completion in December 2026. Later hotel and commercial components of the wider master development follow separate schedules, so the contractual handover date should be confirmed for each selected residence.
