Redwood Lakeside is a gated modern villa project in Phuket, set in the greener part of Choeng Thale near a lake and natural surroundings. According to the official Redwood Luxury website, the project includes 24 villas with completion scheduled for Q3 2026. However, external listings sometimes show different villa counts and timelines, so for a project card it’s usually safer to rely on the official numbers for completion and total units, and treat third-party data more as indicative references for sizes and available inventory.
In terms of layouts, the project page confirms at least two formats: type B with 3 bedrooms and type C with 4 bedrooms. External listings also commonly show 3–4 bedroom options.
