The project comprises 19 single-storey homes with private pools in a quiet residential part of Rawai. The project page lists 2- and 3-bedroom villas with built-up areas from 200 to 217 m² and land plots of approximately 250 m². The official brochure highlights a 21 m² private pool, a fully equipped kitchen, an ensuite master bedroom and covered parking.

The single-storey configuration keeps the main living spaces on one level. Wide glazed doors connect the living and dining area to the pool terrace and bring natural light into the interior.

Rawai location

The development is located on Soi Suksan 2 in Rawai. Rawai Beach is approximately 4.7 km away, while the official brochure estimates a drive of about 10 minutes. Nai Harn and Kata beaches are about 15 minutes away, with Central Phuket also listed at roughly 15 minutes by car.

Price, ownership and payment structure

Thai nationals and Thai companies are offered freehold ownership, while foreign buyers are offered a long-term lease structure marketed as 30 years with two renewal periods. The current project listing indicates Q3 2026. For made-to-order villas, the official brochure states handover within 18 months after the 40% down payment. The completion date and construction-payment milestones should therefore be fixed for the selected plot before reservation.
