Zenith 2 Pattaya is a new large-scale project by Strong Family Home Co., Ltd, the developer behind the first Zenith Pattaya phase. The project is located in the Thappraya / South Pattaya area, between Pratumnak, Jomtien and Central Pattaya. For buyers, this is a practical location: beach areas are close, the city centre is easy to reach, and the surroundings are more suitable for calm daily living than Pattaya’s busiest streets.

The project is planned as a low-rise residential estate. According to Global Property, it will include 6 buildings with 8 floors, 900 units and a 12-rai land plot, or around 19,200 sqm. This makes Zenith 2 almost twice the scale of the first Zenith Pattaya phase and positions it as a full wellness-oriented residential environment rather than a standard condo with a pool.

The core idea is health, recovery and long-term comfort. Planned facilities include four lagoon-style pools, Japanese gardens, rooftop hot springs, Japanese onsen, hot and cold pools, sauna, steam room, relaxation areas, wellness clinic, 600 sqm fitness centre, co-working space, restaurant, kids’ club, clubhouse, underground parking, 24/7 security, CCTV and resident services.

Unit types include 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom layouts. Pearl Property’s available listings show units from 37 sqm to 165 sqm, with the project price starting from THB 3.39M. This starting price can be used for the project card, although the current price list should be checked before publication, as some agencies mention promotional launch prices from THB 3.199M.

Zenith 2 Pattaya is worth considering for buyers who want more than a condo near the sea. The project offers an internal living environment with pools, fitness, recovery, work areas, relaxation spaces, private territory and services. It can suit winter stays, relocation, long-term living and rental use. For investment, the calculation should be based on the exact unit: entry price, quota, floor, view, payment schedule, ownership costs and rental program terms if available for the selected apartment.

The project is at the pre-launch stage. Payment terms should be checked against the current price list: reservation fee, down payment, construction-stage payments and the balance on handover depend on the selected unit, quota and promotional package.
