Type A includes 12 residences with 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 360 sqm. The additional bedroom can accommodate guests, extended family or a private home office.

Prices and payment schedule

The payment schedule begins with a THB 200,000 reservation fee. A further 20% is due at contract signing, followed by 30% according to construction progress. Completion and ownership structure

Current structured project information lists Q4 2029 as the scheduled completion date. The construction launch ceremony took place in June 2025. Buyers should request the individual construction schedule and record the contractual handover date before reservation.
