Published Goldena Twin terms state a THB 5,500 monthly common-area management fee. A THB 30,000 reserve contribution is collected approximately every three to four years, while the published reservation payment is THB 100,000. For a completed home, the remaining settlement structure depends on the seller and the individual purchase agreement.

Kamala Beach within walking distance

Kamala Beach is approximately 800 metres away, or around a 10-minute walk. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants and everyday services are available around Kamala, while Patong and Jungceylon are approximately a 10-minute drive away. Phuket International Airport is around 45 minutes away by car.

A completed development for living and rental use

Goldena Twin was completed in 2024, allowing buyers to inspect the actual home, pool, residential grounds and surrounding area before purchase. Kamala combines beach access with year-round services and established demand for private-pool accommodation.

No contractual guaranteed rental-return programme has been confirmed for Goldena Twin. Investment performance should therefore be calculated from the acquisition price, achievable rent, management costs, maintenance expenses and expected vacancy.
