Location Near Layan Beach

Layan offers a quieter coastal environment than Phuket's main entertainment districts. The surrounding greenery and access to protected natural areas make the location suitable for seaside relaxation and extended stays.

Boat Avenue and Porto de Phuket are approximately 10–15 minutes away by car, offering supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and shops. Phuket International Airport is normally around 25–30 minutes away, depending on traffic.

JWP Development and Hotel Operations

Laya Resort Phuket was developed by JWP Development, with JWP02 Management Co., Ltd. also associated with the project. The development comprises two phases: the original six five-storey buildings and a subsequent phase containing taller residential buildings.
