The Riviera Malibu is a new project by The Riviera Group on Pratumnak Hill, one of Pattaya’s more established residential areas. The location sits between Central Pattaya, Jomtien and the beach side of Pratumnak, which gives buyers a balanced daily scenario: calmer than the city centre, yet still close to Pattaya’s main lifestyle zones.

The project is planned as a high-rise residence with 30 floors, 279 units and one L-shaped building. According to project materials, unit sizes start from around 30 sqm and go up to 191 sqm in larger layouts. Available formats include 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, 4-bedroom and penthouse options.

Pratumnak suits buyers who want to live in Pattaya with less daily noise than the city centre. From here, it is convenient to reach Jomtien, Walking Street, Central Pattaya and nearby beaches. The Riviera Malibu is worth considering for buyers looking for a more premium feel, sea-view potential and a strong amenity package. For rental use, the project may be interesting due to the Riviera brand, Pratumnak location, in-building services and fully furnished concept. Rental performance should still be calculated by unit: floor, view, quota, entry price and ownership costs will matter more than broad market claims.
