Sansuri Condominium is a completed low-density development in Choeng Thale on Phuket's west coast. A single six-storey building contains only 32 residences, giving the project a more private character than many larger resort developments. Construction was completed in 2014, and Surin Beach is approximately 900 metres away.
The property also appears online as Sansuri Resort and Sansuri Residence. It should not be confused with Sunsuri Phuket at Nai Harn, which is a separate development.
Sansuri is notable for unusually spacious condominium layouts. One-bedroom residences are around 107 sqm. Two-bedroom apartments include large family layouts and selected pool-access units. Three-bedroom residences and larger three- to four-bedroom penthouses are also part of the development. Current resale stock includes sea, mountain, pool and garden views.

The central communal swimming pool includes a sun-lounger area. Residents also have access to a gym, restaurant and bar, reception, concierge services, parking, 24-hour security and CCTV. Common areas are managed by JLL Thailand.
The common area management fee is ฿55 per sqm per month based on indoor area. The sinking fund is ฿500 per sqm as a one-time contribution. Pets are generally restricted unless an exception is approved by the juristic office.
Surin Beach is approximately 900 metres from the condominium and can normally be reached on foot in around 10–15 minutes. Restaurants, cafes, local shops and everyday services are available nearby, while Bang Tao Beach is also within easy reach.

Sansuri is a completed resale development, allowing buyers to inspect the exact apartment, floor, view, condition and ownership structure before proceeding. Current inventory includes both compact one-bedroom residences and larger family units and penthouses.
There is no project-wide guaranteed rental return currently advertised. Some individual units show estimated yields of around 5% or may already be tenant-occupied; these figures relate to the specific property and should be checked separately before purchase.
