The Residence Resort is a completed low-density private villa development in Choeng Thale near Bang Tao Beach. Developed by Richmond Group and completed in 2005, the estate comprises 23 residences across approximately 20,800 sqm.

Current resale inventory starts at approximately THB 7.9 million for a one-bedroom villa. Larger two-, three- and four-bedroom homes vary substantially in price according to house size, land plot, furnishing, condition and position within the development. The project starting price is set at THB 7,885,000.
