Each residence has its own swimming pool, terrace and private garden. Keller Henson lists the pool size at 3.5 × 9 metres. Project facilities include covered parking, 24-hour security, CCTV and landscaped common areas.

The official master plan also includes a clubhouse. With only 18 residences in the current plan, Villa Cerulean retains a low-density character suitable for full-time living or extended stays.

Sakhu location

Nai Yang Beach is 3 km or around 8 minutes by car. Nai Thon Beach is 4.3 km away, while Phuket International Airport is approximately 4.5 km from the project. UWC Thailand is around 9.8 km away. Buyers can compare the location with the wider Phuket property market.

Prices and ownership

The lowest current Keller Henson price is THB 15,500,000 for a Type A villa. The LumiThai starting price is THB 15,485,000. Final pricing depends on the villa type and selected land plot.

Current sales information describes freehold ownership for Thai nationals or a Thai company and a registered 30-year land lease for foreign buyers with two contractual renewal periods. Payment schedule and completion

The published off-plan schedule is 2% on reservation, 28% on contract signing, 20% after foundation completion, 15% after the concrete structure, 15% after walls and roof, 10% after finishing and built-in furniture, and the final 10% on handover. Keller Henson separately lists a THB 300,000 booking fee for current units, so the final schedule should be confirmed for the selected plot.
