PEYLAA Phuket, Autograph Collection Residences is a hospitality-led residential development in Bang Tao, Phuket. The project is being developed by Capstone Asset Phuket Cherngtalay as part of a mixed-use destination comprising residential buildings, commercial space and a future Autograph Collection hotel.

The residential component includes 408 residences across three seven-storey buildings. The master plan provides 191 car parking spaces and 54 motorcycle spaces. Average density is approximately 40 residences per rai, lower than many large developments in the area. Unit Types and Floor Plans

Prices, Reservation and Payment Schedule

Pricing varies according to unit size, floor, view, building and foreign quota status. The published reservation deposit ranges from THB 50,000 to THB 100,000. The foreign buyer schedule includes 25% upon signing the sales contract, three construction-linked payments of 10% each, and the remaining 45% on handover.

Foreign Freehold Ownership

PEYLAA Phuket is structured as a condominium, allowing foreign buyers to acquire eligible units on a freehold basis within the statutory foreign ownership quota. Quota availability must be confirmed for the exact unit and recorded in the sale and purchase agreement.

Bang Tao Location

The project is located on Pasak-Koktanod Road in Choeng Thale, behind Laguna Golf Phuket. Boat Avenue is approximately 600 metres away, while Bang Tao Bay is around 1.9 km from the development. Porto de Phuket, Villa Market, restaurants, cafés, sports clubs, medical facilities and international schools are nearby.

The planned resident services include a shuttle to Boat Avenue and Bang Tao Beach. Phuket International Airport is generally around 25–30 minutes away by car, depending on traffic.

Facilities and Branded Residential Services

Planned facilities include three 25-metre swimming pools, a children’s pool, jacuzzi pool, fitness centre, outdoor workout area, yoga studio, sauna, ice bath, jogging track, tennis court and pickleball court.

Shared areas include a residential lounge, flexi workspace, kids’ club, recreation room, community function hall and rooftop barbecue area. Resident services include concierge assistance, delivery coordination, shuttle service and à la carte household support. Some facilities form part of Phase 2, while all-day dining is planned following the opening of the adjacent hotel in 2030.

Living and Investment Considerations

PEYLAA Phuket is aimed at buyers seeking spacious layouts, hotel-inspired service and access to the established Bang Tao lifestyle district. Smaller units may suit seasonal stays and rental use, while larger layouts offer additional space for families and long-term living.

The developer has not published a guaranteed rental return. Actual performance will depend on the purchase price, common fees, management model, seasonality and occupancy.
