Clover Residence is a private villa community in Si Sunthon near Bang Tao. The main phase contains 33 homes and was completed in August 2024. The Valley Phase II and Luxe Zone Phase III are subsequent phases with separate layouts, prices and completion schedules.

The community is next to HeadStart International School and opposite Blue Tree Phuket. Boat Avenue and Porto de Phuket are approximately 10 minutes away by car. Bang Tao Beach is around 4.4 km from the project, with a driving time of about 10 minutes. Phuket International Airport can usually be reached within 25–30 minutes.

Security and community costs

The estate provides 24-hour security, CCTV and controlled access. The published community maintenance fee is THB 30 per square metre of land per month. Payment schedule

The published developer payment plan consists of a 2% reservation deposit, 33% upon contract signing, 15% after foundation completion, 15% after structural completion, 15% after walls and roofing, 15% after flooring and interior works, and 5% upon handover. Completed resale properties follow the payment schedule stated in the individual sale agreement.

Ownership and transaction checks

A fixed guaranteed rental return has not been confirmed for Clover Residence. Marketing calculations refer to a potential annual return of around 9%. Actual performance depends on the purchase price, occupancy, rental term, management costs, pool and garden maintenance, utilities and periods of personal use.
