The Vibe Downtown Karon is a new residential development by ESM Development in Karon, Phuket. It is a separate project following the earlier Vibe Residence Karon development.

Current pre-launch information confirms one-bedroom apartments of approximately 35 sqm and two-bedroom units of approximately 52 sqm. The two-bedroom layout includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The residences are planned to be delivered with finishes, furniture, household appliances and textiles, reducing the amount of work required after handover.

Facilities

The project concept includes swimming pools, a fitness centre, café, coworking space and landscaped leisure areas. The facilities are designed around resort-style residential use in central Karon.

Pricing and payment plan

The current pre-launch benchmark starts at approximately THB 105,000 per sqm. A public developer price list with confirmed unit-by-unit prices has not yet been released.

Sales launch and completion

ESM Development lists Vibe Downtown Karon as a Q4 2026 upcoming project. Current launch information indicates that official sales are planned for October 2026, although the exact launch date has not yet been announced. Completion is targeted for late 2029.
