The master plan helps buyers see things that are not always visible in renders: building position, view, noise, sun exposure, walkways, parking, technical areas and privacy. These factors can affect comfort, rental demand and resale value.

There is no universal answer. A better building usually has less road noise, better views, convenient access to lifts and facilities, enough privacy and no bad adjacency to parking, technical rooms or heavy foot traffic.
