Prices may differ because of floor level, view, building, orientation, layout rarity, balcony size, foreign quota, furniture package and payment terms. The same area does not always mean the same value.

Foreign quota means the unit may be available for foreign freehold registration within the condominium’s legal foreign ownership limit. If the quota is not available, the buyer must review the alternative ownership structure carefully.
